According to 21A what's new, DISABLE COMMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS IN APPROVAL REQUESTS, https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/talent/releases/21A/21A-talent-mgmt-wn.htm#F16446. but I configurate in my test environment by What's New steps, but id doesn't work.  Please provide the steps to works
