Oracle Fusion Time and Labor: Timecard Schedule Deviation Is Not Coming As Per Expectation (Doc ID 2755624.1)

Last updated on MARCH 18, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Time and Labor Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.04.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When entering hours in a time card for worker, the value for schedule
deviation is being calculated incorrectly. Further details in the steps to
reproduce column.

###Expected results
The calculation should match based on schedule and reported/calculated hours.

###Steps to reproduce :
1. Create a time card for an employee who's scheduled hours are 45/week.
2. Create entries such that 10 hrs are submitted for any 5 days in a week,
preferably Mon-Fri. The total hours are 50. Hence schedule deviation is 5.
3. Now delete one of the entries i.e. 10 hrs reported for any day, lets say
Monday. Calculate the hours again. The schedule deviation shows 13, which is
incorrect. The value should be -5.
