OCI Cloud Shell - Files Saved in Cloud Shell Home Directory are Missing (Doc ID 2755714.1)

Symptoms

A returning user logs into the OCI Console and starts a Cloud Shell session. They discover files they had saved in a prior session are missing. They did not manually delete the files and are concerned the Cloud Shell service lost their files.
