Record Owner Has No Accept or Submit Button in BP Record (Doc ID 2755730.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier Any Version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When record owner opens a Business Process (BP) record, there is no Accept or Send button. Workflow progress shows the record status as In{progress to the assignee. The record does not show up in the assignee's tasks.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The record should have a send button.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Navigate to and open problem record
  3. Notice there is not Accept or Send button
  4. Go to user tasks in project, notice record is not listed in the tasks log.
