On : 18.2.5 version, Integration RT

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After OIC instance upgraded to GEN2, calls from ApexDB to OIC GEN2 instance hung resulting timeout.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Call to OIC GEN2 instance should go through.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call OIC Gen2 instance from ApexDB on private Subnet.
