Custom Query for Outstanding Card Transactions Report

Goal
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Manage Expenses
User had used EXM_CC_OUTSTND_TRXN_SUM table to show outstanding card transactions. However, this does not show employees BY NAME have these transactions, which is the most vital information for client.
User reviewed this link (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/18c/oedmf/EXM_CC_OUTSTND_TRXN_SUM-tbl.html) but are having issues with creating a query output that contains the following information at minimum:
Employee Name
Employee Number
Assignment Number
Outstanding Credit Card Transaction Amount
Transaction Currency
Transaction Age
Expense Report Status, If Applicable (e.g. pending expense auditor approval, pending approval, etc.)
We had looked at tables:
EXM_CC_TRXN_DETAILS,
EXM_CC_OUTSTND_TRXN_SUM
EXM_CREDIT_CARD_TRXNS
