Paysheet Has Zero Beginning Balances When There Are Prior Months Commission To Be Paid (Doc ID 2756025.1)

The Paysheet has $0 zero beginning balances when there are prior months commission ending balance to be paid.

The beginning balance should show the amounts from prior month that are outstanding.

1. End-date participant for 12/31/2020 but have [ Compensation End Date ] = 2/1/2021 to pay
    Navigator > Participant Snapshot > Manage Participant Detail
2. Load additional transactions for December 2020 and recalculate
3. Open January 2021 period
4. Create payment batch for Jan-2021. The paysheet shows the correct amount to be paid but the beginning balance is showing as zero.
