Goal

Terminations are failing for certain Employees. Diagnostic report shows error in red color:

Error while fetching starting participant : Error while fetching the manager of : The record Supervisor of type LINE_MANAGER does not exist..

This message appears misleading as a valid Line Manager does exist for this person.
If a manager exist, why diagnostic still showing manager does not exist?
