ADF exception occurs when trying to delete an item on an existing order:

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open an existing order using Manage Orders.
  2. Go to details and try to delete an existing item.

Note: This issue occurs when CONSIGN_CONCESSION_IND indicator is 'Y'.
