On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to claim an approval notification,
the following error occurs.

An error has occurred. Contact the helpdesk. (FND-2)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the approval notification > Claim
2. Receive above error
