Fusion Global HR: Attachment Added in "Position Details" Not Shown In Notification (Doc ID 2756308.1)

Goal

On New Position Request UI flow, there are two places where an attachment can be added.

1. Attachment can be added on "Position Details" Tile of the responsive flow
2. Attachment can be added in the Final Step, last page just before submit

On the Notification, 2nd attachment appears fine, however, 1st attachment is missing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. My Client Groups > Position Details > Add
Create a new position.
On 2nd page (Position Details), add attachment
Submit
2. Check Bell Notification
3. See..Position approved notification (This is a self-approval scenario)
where it does not mention any attachment
