Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version
Grade Step Progression

Grade Step Progression- Run Grade Step Progression Process errors out after 21A upgrade when Person Selection Rule Fast Formula is used.

Grade Step Progression process is going into status 'Retrying' and after few minutes the process is error out.
This has been working as expected prior 21A upgrade.
