RI Plan Facts Are Not Working With Gregorian Calendar (Doc ID 2756357.1)

Symptoms

Plan data not displayed with Gregorian Calendar.

Steps To Recreate:
1. RI is configured to receive PLAN1 interface data at Dept/Class/Subclass, Loc and Day level.
2. Prepare and load a data file matching to the plan configuration.
3. Run the batch jobs to load the data into PLAN1 Fact table.
4. Create analysis by Gregorian calendar date and notice that no results are displayed.
