ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Manager clicks on Share and Release button, the document is getting completed. The comments page is not at all showing up.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After Manager clicks on Share and Release Button, there must be a comments page coming up . Once the manager enter comments and submits, the document is released to employee.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager. Navigate to My Team-> Performance
2. Open a performance document which is in Share performance document task.
3. Click on Share and Release.
4. Document gets completed without asking manager to enter comments.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, managers cannot enter comments while sharing PD
