Missing Gregorian Calendar Navigation Hierarchy (Doc ID 2756498.1)

Symptoms

 The Gregorian Calendar dimension does not have any hierarchy objects, making it impossible to use OBIEE functions such as TODATE and AGGREGATE in
reporting (as custom calculations).

Gregorian customers are going to need this, as we do not offer many of the Gregorian metrics they are going to be using as part of the base catalog
(e.g. YTD metrics on transactional facts other than Sales).
