the value we set for the "User Merge Handling" profile option is ignored after pressing Save and Close.

The flow is Setup and Maintenance > Manage Customer Data Management Options > set User Merge Handling to "process subject to approval" > save and close. Re-open the task and the value is blank so the update has not been saved.
