Error Occurred During Specify Skip Rule Setup For Document Approval Task (Doc ID 2756682.1)

Symptoms

Go to Setup and Maintenance => Manage Task Configurations for Procurement => search DocumentApproval => Edit => Assignees => select any enabled participant => Advanced => Specify skip rule.
We can see existing condition in the Specify skip rule which we have selected from expression builder.
 
When we click on Specify skip rule pencil icon we don’t have existing value in the Expression.
 
When we click on Ok/Cancel button without value in the Expression from Expression builder then getting below error:
