Default Scroll Bar From Visual Builder Application Pages (Doc ID 2756713.1)

Goal

In all the UI pages created using Visual Builder, we have noticed a scrollbar on the right without having any overflow of data.
The scroll bar is non actionable due to no overflow but is visible.
We would like to remove that and have it visible only in case of any overflow.
