Symptoms
Problem Description:
Before an internal employee accepted their job offer, the extended job offer letter contained tokens.
After the internal employee accepted their job offer, the accepted job offer letter was missing the tokens.

Extended Job Offer Letter:
Dear RECIPIENT_FULL_NAME,
I am pleased to extend to you this job offer for JOB_OFFER_TITLE at Vision Corporation. Your skills and experience will make you a valuable asset to our organization.
