Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to upload documents as part of the onboarding process into the onboarding module,
the following error occurs: An error occurred. Contact your help desk. (PER-1532425)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Task1: Attaching the educational certificate and it is successfully completed
Task 2: Marriage certificate, provided the link and completed the task.
Task3: Beneficiary form, downloaded the form successfully.
