WH To WH Transfers' Shipment Fails To Integrate in Dest Facility In Case Of A Partial Shipment (Doc ID 2756880.1)

Symptoms

When shipping a stock order from a WH/Store to another WH, the second/third/fourth shipment is failing to integrate into WMS.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a DC2DC Allocation.
2. Ship the allocation in Logfire (OBLPN Shipping Info) second time for remaining quantity.
3. Validate the shipment details in RMS [NO Issues].
4. Validate the shipment details in LGF [Failures in RIB-LGF/USM] and the shipment is not in LGF.
