Symptoms

Any kind of OLC Responsive User Experience (RUX) deeplink URL is not working when used in a checklist as it previously did in classic UI

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy the specialization deeplink
2.Home page >> Show more >> Checklist template
3. Used  for on-Boarding when clicked blank page opens
