Symptoms
A Learning Specialist is having issues where they cannot select the 'Manage Activities' button for the Learners in the Offering -> Learners page.
Steps To Reproduce
- Go to My Client Groups->Learning->Offerings
- Search for and select any Offering
- Click the LEARNERS button after selecting an Offering
- Search for a user and select a user.
- The MANAGE ACTIVITIES button remains greyed out
