Unifier ETL (STARETL2) Will Not Complete Since Recent Migration From GBUCS to OCI (Doc ID 2757158.1)

Symptoms

An Oracle hosted Unifier cloud environment was recently migrated from GBUCS cloud (https:<customername>-unifier.oracleindustry.com) to OCI cloud (https://unifier.oraclecloud.com/<customername>). Since the migration was completed, the P6 ETL has run and completed without any issues, but the Unifier ETL has been running for many hours now and appears to be stalled.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The ETL should complete in timely manner... at most an hour or so typically.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Production environment.
  2. From the Primavera Portal page click on "Analytics Administration".
  3. Navigate to Home > "Currently running ETLs"
  4. This page displays a Unifier ETL job that has been running for very long time.
