"Client Private Key Password isn't valid" Error when saving Transmission Configuration for SFTP Get (Doc ID 2757191.1)

Transmission Configuration for SFTP Get errors while saving the configuration.

Trying to setup the "Transmission Configuration" with "Secure File Transfer Retrieval protocol with Static file names". After entering the values, when trying to save the configuration, it errors out.

Client Private Key Password isn't valid.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Import/Export, upload the private key file which has no password
2. Go to Manage Transmission Configurations and create a new one
3. Fill out the information and select the private key file and attempt to Save
