Symptoms
Actual Behavior:
With the glog.dock.v5compatible set as true, while scheduling an appointment by "startTime>endTime" getting an error
Expected Behavior:
System should throw a valid error like "Start time is greater than End Time".
Steps:
1. Go to Dock Scheduling Workbench
2. Select the shipment in the "Shipment Needing Appointments" table
3. Click on Actions > Dock Scheduling > Adjust Appointment Time
4. Select a location > Enter starttime > End time
