In Adjust Appointment Screen, System Is Not Considering The Next Possible Slot Time (Doc ID 2757298.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Adjust Appointment Screen, system is not considering the next possible slot time.

Users are able to adjust the appointment time, for a slot which is less than the slot time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
if endTime-startTime< slotTime, system will allow rescheduling the appointment to the next possible slot.

Ex: if start time is 11AM and end time is 11:15 AM. Slot time is 1Hr.
We will allow user to schedule an appointment at the 11 AM slot.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Dock Scheduling Workbench
2. Select the shipment in the "Shipment Needing Appointments" table
3. Click on Actions > Dock Scheduling > Adjust Appointment Time
4. Select a location > Enter starttime and  End time < slot time
