anc_per_abs_entries is displaying 60.8 hours while anc_per_abs_daily_dtls is adding up to 68.4 hours.
The 60.8 hours is correct after adding a Calendar Event during the absence date range.
Steps to reproduce
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Submit an absence in basic mode.
Add a Calendar Event during the scheduled absence.
Review the anc_per_abs_daily_dtls and anc_per_abs_entries tables.
Notice the total absence duration is incorrect in the anc_per_abs_daily_dtls table.
