Goal

Enable Users to Manage Receipts by Department/Supervisor

After looking at How To: Enable User Other Than Requester To Receive All POs Belonging to One Organization Through Self-Service Receiving [2233098.1] customer is aware that they can allow users to receive on behalf of other requesters.

However, wondering if it's possible to restrict this to a more granular level that BU, perhaps by Department/Location/Supervisor? Customer have a use case where users at various secondary locations may need to receive on behalf of others at that location, but should not be able to receive on behalf of all users in that BU. Is this possible?
