Vendor Does Not Receive E-Mail With Bidder Credentials (Doc ID 2757527.1)

A Bidder was invited to participate in a Request For Bid activity, and they received their Unifier Email for the specific RFB BP record which confirms that the RFB was properly processed. This was the first time that this Bidder had ever been invited to an RFB activity so they should have also received an Email from the Oracle cloud environment with the bidders user credentials, but they never received this second email.

When a NEW bidder is invited to a bid opportunity they should receive a Bid Invitation email direct from Unifier and then a credentials email from Primavera Administration/IDCS (cloud).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. A New Bidder is invited via Unifier RFB BP record.
  2. The New Bidder receives a Bid Invitation Email from Unifier.
  3. However, the New Bidder never receives a second email with the user credentials.
