The Cost Acquisition is not being created for an accrual clearing reversal.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To see the Cost Acquisition reversed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. cost accounting
2. review cost accounting distributions

3. Acquisition cost is not reversed
