Scope

This announcement is intended for all My Oracle Support (MOS) customers to create service requests under the "Oracle Cloud Infrastructure"  Service.

What's Happening?

When creating an SR in MOS, you can now easily locate the following OCI services in My Oracle Support by entering the service name in the Service Type field:

Starting Apr 10, 2024:

Starting Sep 21, 2023:

Starting May 3, 2023:

Starting Mar 29, 2023:

Starting Mar 1, 2023:

Starting Feb 8, 2023:

Starting Jan 11, 2023

Starting Dec 20, 2022

Starting Oct 19, 2022

Starting Sep 22nd, 2022

Starting Sep 15th, 2022:

Starting July 28th, 2022:

Starting May 26th, 2022:

When?

Start Date for New Taxonomy: March 5, 2021
Details: On this date, you can search MOS for the services above by entering the service name in the Service Type field.

End Date for Existing Taxonomy:  April 10, 2024
Details: This note has been updated regularly until we complete the current taxonomy changes.

Details: The existing taxonomy will be deactivated for the following entries under the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure service.
