“Invalid Session” Message Received In Oracle Visual Builder (Doc ID 2757576.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Digital Customer Service

While user is working in Visual Builder (VB) for approximately 30-60 minutes, he receives an error message indicating that session is either invalid or has expired. He has to either reload or open a new tab, log back into VB in this new tab and then come back to the original tab.


Customer would like to know if it is possible to increase the session time to avoid this behavior.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Fusion Application > Navigator > Oracle Visual Builder
2. While actively working, then application stalls after about 30 mins to hour
3. Get message "Invalid Session"
4. Cannot save work
5. Must refresh browser, then open new tab to continue
