Symptoms
Sales order issue source transaction types are stuck in 'View Pending Transactions' UI, with following error -
Upon navigating to 'Manage Reservations and Picks' UI, the corresponding reservations against the item for corresponding transactions that deleted from 'View Pending Transactions' UI cannot be deleted. On trying to edit the reservations, it throws the following error.
The sales orders referencing these reservations are closed. When attempting reprocess the transactions, they still end up the same error again. The transaction type attached to the pending transaction is a seeded transaction type of Sales Order Issue transaction.
These transactions have resulted in the org having zero ATR (available to reserve) for these items. For such items the sales order cannot be progressed to reservation stage and fails with the following error in sales order orchestration.
