System Is Not Following Location Pick Sequence While Performing RF Picking (Doc ID 2757688.1)

After allocation, and while performing picking using RF Picking, system sometimes not prompting the location based on Location Pick Sequence.

For Example, even after allocation method is set as "Location sequence ascending" for the Wave, location with Pick Sequence 1052510 was picked first than location with Pick Sequence 915819.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After running the Wave (with allocation method set as "Location sequence ascending") and while performing Picking (Non Task based) for an OBLPN picking sequence prompted by system is as follows.
2. RF picking asked to scan the location with Pick Sequence 1052510 first.
3. Then it follows to scan next location with Pick Sequence 3002120.
4. Then is picks in the location with Pick Sequence 915819, instead of prompting this location first.
