Goal

Qn1:What commitments should display Managed Committed Cost page?
 
Qn2:For instance: A canceled Purchase Order (PO) can have outstanding commitment as per example: PO was canceled … but then the receipt associated to it was returned … the PO is not re-opened .. but the cost is put back on the PO.

What if the PO is cancelled, then the purchase will NOT happen. And in the PO in Cancelled status, the receipt is NOT allowed to be done. That's why I assume if the PR or the PO are in the cancelled status should NOT be considered as the commitment.
So in the un approved commitment part, should to exclude the cancelled PO or Purchase Requsition (REQ), right?
