Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Digital Customer Service

DCS Stage Application fails when attempting to Create SR or View SR Fails with Authentication Error - You are not authenticated. Service is currently unavailable, try again later

When attempting to Create SR or View SR details from DCS Stage application get Authentication Error - You are not authenticated. Service is currently unavailable, try again later
The error does not happen in Preview or Development mode

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Sign in DCS application

http://<your_domain_here.odcs<application_name>.ocp.oraclecloud.com

2. Click View My Registrations

3. View My Service Requests

4. Open any SR

5. Authentication Error - You are not authenticated. Service is currently unavailable, try again later

 

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view their SRs based on the accounts they are associated
