Create Bank Statement Transactions Process Requires End Date (Doc ID 2757941.1)

Since December 20D, users have had to run this Create Bank Statement Transactions process manually because the job is ending in error. The error report indicates that an end date is necessary but users had been running the process for some time without the end date, and it was working fine. Because it requires an end date, it cannot be scheduled. 
How can this be resolved?
