Symptoms
Purchase Orders (PO) are failing to communicate via email when a PO is automatically created from a Requisition using the Generate Orders job. The POs can be communicated manually to get the PDF email sent to the Supplier.
When going through via actions>communicate, the PO gets communicated.

There are Communication Failures for One or More Purchasing Documents.
