Human Task Title Edit Icon On BPM General Screen Does Not Display

Symptoms
In case when human task's title is a long expression, edit icon is not displayed in BPM Worklist application -> Task Configuration -> General when using Google Chrome or Ms Edge as the web browser.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to BPM Worklist app as an admin user
2. navigate to Administration -> Task configuration -> search, for exmaple, for ReqApproval human task and open it
3. click on General tab and notice that edit title icon is not visible
