Favorites Option Not Working on the SIOCS Web Client (Doc ID 2758171.1)

On the Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service Web Client  UI, when user clicks on the favorite star icon to add a menu item to favorites, nothing actually gets added.

Steps to Reproduce:

Prerequisites: Add user to the psraf_group IDCS app roles.

1. Login to SIOCS web client
2. Select the menu options and click on the Star next to the menu item to add to favorites

Menu not added to favorites.


This issue will only happens if the EICS environment has been upgraded from an existing installation of 19.1.x to 19.2.x.
