On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Budgets
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When any change to budgetary control budgets occur, such as budget journal upload or when funds are reserved for obligations and expenses, the budget cube balances are not being updated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Budgetary Control Balances to be refreshed in 30 seconds as per system settings.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post a transaction that shoudl affect the Budget Cubes
2. The Budget Balances to Essbase Cubes are not upated
3. Run Process Transfer Budget Balances to Essbase Cubes
4. Process ends successfully.
5. There is NO update to the cubes or there is a significant delay.
