DCS Application Displays Error Message In English For User Logged In French (Doc ID 2758315.1)

Symptoms

When user selects French as language from UI and enters the wrong Account Key, the error message shows in English.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change UI language to French.
2. Go to Sign up.
3. Provide a wrong  Account Key value.
4. The error message shown in English

It is Expected to see the error message in French.
