Symptoms

After a failed Import operation, the Publishing process cannot be initiated via REST API.

The endpoint call /ccadmin/v1/publish is returning the following error.

ERROR

"java.sql.SQLException: ORA-03146: invalid buffer length for TTC field" is found in the Cx Commerce server's log.
