Edit Button Is Missing From Shipment Equipment Screen (Doc ID 2758712.1)

Symptoms

If users Navigate to Buy Shipment -> Equipment tab - Click on Equipment Link  -> Edit Equipment

On the Shipment Equipment Screen there is only New / Finished /View Load Config Buttons. Edit Button is missing.
