After migrating to an OCI environment customers intermittently see orders from logged-in users that even though have payment authorized during placement and the end-user receives the order confirmation email, the order is neither submitted to the OMS nor can be found in the OCC environment via Admin/Store API (which also means that the end-user cannot see it in their order history).
