Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Create Project
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Cost Override Rates are not being picked for Financial Planning and Budgets.
Use Planning Rate option is unchecked at the Project template level.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Cost Override Rates being picked for Financial Planning and Budgets.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create few projects and defined the cost overrides for the Resources.
2. In the Planning Rates, system is either considering the rate from the rate schedules or calculating an average rate and Budgets is using rates from the rate schedules.
