Unifier Users Are Not Receiving Some E-mails From Unifier When the BP Record Contains An Attachment With A Specific File Extension (Doc ID 2759136.1)

Symptoms

Some users are not receiving all of the Unifier system generated Business Process (BP) Task e-mail notifications that are being sent to them.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting all Unifier Notifications to be received.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Process a Business Process Record.
  2. CC users on the BP record so that they receive an E-mail Notification.
  3. Several users report that they do not receive all of the E-mail Notifications.
