Problem Description:

When Talemetry attempts to pull candidates using the recruitingCandidatesLOV endpoint for REST API, the following error is received:

Error accessing ORC with status 500.
Response: at com.talemetry.verify.agent.orc.exp.ORCCandidateExportAgent.getEntityIds
