Symptoms

Learners can view a Course and Offerings in the Learner Self-Service Catalog but Learning Specialists cannot view the same Course and Offering in the Administrator Learning Catalog. 

Changes

The Learning Specialist who created courses is now terminated and other Learning Specialists are unable to find the courses created by him.
